The blakc acrylic sheet from YAGELI also benefits from a high gloss surface, and is exceptionally hard-wearing and easy to form or bend – as well as being physically easier to lift, hang, carry or transport.

Should acrylic be dropped, or impacted in any way – it’s much less likely to break. If it does break, it won’t shatter in the same way as glass. It won’t break into tiny sharp shards but into a couple of large, easy to pick up pieces, which makes it ideal for situations where safety is paramount.

So, as well as arguably being more straightforward to install – a clear acrylic sheet is much more durable and suitable for outdoor use than a standard glass panel.

 

Our acrylic sheets are made of 100% virgin lucite mma material, Lucite International (acquired by Mitsubishi).
