1. Cutting:

Laser cutting is a non-contact cutting method. Laser can cut various patterns, words and so on. 2. Punching:

3. Polishing:

Acrylic polishing has high transparency, which is comparable to the crystal produced naturally. So we need to restore the crystal-like high transparency of Acrylic polishing after polishing. Acrylic polishing can use traditional cloth wheel polishing or diamond polishing or fire polishing. The sequence is usually after diamond polishing; using fire polishing to eliminate burrs in the corners, make acrylic products smooth; finally, using cloth wheel polishing, after waxing the cloth wheel, acrylic products with transparency up to 92% can be polished out.

4. Hot bending:

Because acrylic materials soften between 70 and 100 degrees, the use of hot bending technology allows acrylic to be processed into various shapes and irregular accessories that we need. Acrylic bending can be achieved in different ways. It can also be said that many acrylic sheets are placed on a set of hot bending machine and die for hot bending. Most of the hot bending is done by single line or parallel line. The angle of hot bending can be controlled according to the needs of the model.

5. Bonding:

Adhesion is a very important process, which depends on manual processing, so the experience of employees is very important at this time, and the process of adhering acrylic products should be strictly controlled, not only to the position of the design of the drawings, but also not to stick askew, bubbles, bonding is not strong, so strictly controlled products will be allowed to be shipped.

6. Assembly:

It is self-evident that the final assembly is to combine all kinds of acrylic parts processed, and then complete a complete product. At this time, the final quality inspection of the whole product should be carried out, and the product can be packaged and shipped only after it is confirmed that it is correct.
