Acrylic casting board: High molecular weight, excellent stiffness, strength and chemical resistance. This kind of sheet is characterized by small batch processing, incomparable flexibility in color system and surface texture effect, and complete product specifications, suitable for various special purposes.

Acrylic extrusion board: Compared with casting board, Extrusion board has lower molecular weight and weaker mechanical properties. However, this feature is conducive to bending and hot forming, and is conducive to rapid vacuum suction molding when processing large-sized sheets. At the same time, the thickness tolerance of extruded slab is smaller than that of cast slab. Because extrusion plate is a mass automatic production, the color and specifications are not easy to adjust, so the product specifications diversity is limited.

Acrylic board material classification in China is mainly divided into three categories: first, imported board; second, Taiwan-funded board; third, domestic board. The difference lies in the origin and purity of the raw materials used. This is also the key to determine the quality and price of sheet metal.
